What I do…
I’m a bilingual clinician with experience working with adolescents and adults navigating life’s emotional challenges.
I’m here to provide you with a safe, supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, manage symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, and move toward meaningful personal growth. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with respect, curiosity, and compassion.
My background…
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut and my Master of Social Work from Quinnipiac University.
My professional experience includes providing individual counseling to adolescents in school-based settings, where I supported students facing academic, social, and emotional stressors. I have also worked within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs hospital system, serving veterans navigating complex mental health, social stressors and life transitions.
Working together…
I use a strengths-based and client-centered approach, focusing on your resilience, values, and lived experiences rather than deficits.
In therapy, we will work collaboratively to explore the concerns most important to you. I strive to create an inclusive and culturally responsive environment where you feel safe to express your thoughts, emotions, and identity freely.
Together, we will build insight, develop coping strategies, and cultivate meaningful change, while always honoring your pace, your story, and your goals.
